What you get

How to become a partner
- In the Hub, click Partner program in the sidebar.
- Enter your billing name, address, VAT status and IBAN (the IBAN is stored encrypted and used only for the transfer).
- Read the program terms, accept them, Become a partner now.
You immediately see your partner link, your code and a QR code. Only the workspace owner or an administrator can manage the partner program – staff accounts refer on behalf of the business, not for themselves.

A bare link rarely gets posted – so ready-made texts are waiting:
- WhatsApp opens a message with your link.
- E-mail opens your mail client with subject and text.
- Post text copies a text for Facebook, Instagram or forums.
- The QR code leads to registration with your code – for flyers, trade shows or a sticker on the booth.
Single-use codes for boxes, flyers or trade shows
Do you sell enclosures or hand out flyers? Under Single-use codes create a batch (up to 500). Each code can be redeemed exactly once and counts for your partner account. Download the list as CSV for printing; the Hub shows how many have been redeemed.
How attribution works
A new operator is attributed to you when they register via your link (boothdock.cloud/register?ref=YOUR-CODE) or enter your code at registration. There is no cookie and no tracking – the attribution is stored when the account is created. First contact counts; an account can be attributed to one partner only. Your own accounts and accounts with your own e-mail address do not count.
Commission and payout
- Commission arises with every paid invoice of the referred operator (net, after discounts). The €19 credit itself earns no commission – commission is paid on the amount actually paid.
- If an invoice is refunded, its commission is cancelled.
- Payouts are made quarterly from €50 by self-billing credit note to your IBAN. Smaller balances carry over to the next quarter.
- Under Partner program you always see: clicks, registrations, paying customers, your tier with progress to the next one, commission per month and all payouts.
You are responsible for taxing your income; that's why we ask for your VAT status (standard, small business, EU business, outside the EU).
What is not allowed
No ads on the brand term "BoothDock", no misleading promises, no unsolicited advertising (spam). Promotional posts must be labelled as such. Violations may void attributions and commissions.
