In the Hub under Billing you see your plan, how many boxes are included and in use, your storage and your invoices. Under Team you give other people access to your account.
Free
Every account starts on Free: 1 box and 25 GB of storage. Photos carry a BoothDock watermark, and the gallery stays online for 2 days. The album as a ZIP is only available on a paid plan – on Free, guests download their photos one by one.
Pro
Pro works without a watermark; the gallery stays online for 90 days by default (365 with a PIN, at most 730). Pricing is tiered:

Paying yearly saves you up to 50 %. Pro covers up to 50 boxes. With Pro, your galleries can get their own address under your name – see Your own gallery address – your galleries under your name.
How to book: under Billing click Switch to Pro, choose the number of boxes and the billing interval, then Continue to payment. You pay per paired box. The payment form shows the final price including taxes.
Boxes, storage and cancellation
- Change count adjusts the number of boxes. More boxes apply immediately: a new billing period starts and the remaining time of the previous one is credited. Fewer boxes apply from the next billing period.
- Storage on the paid plan: 150 GB per box up to 10 boxes, 100 GB per box up to 50 boxes, then 50 GB per box – as a shared pool for the account. If that is not enough, Expand storage books a monthly add-on pack, cancellable at any time at the end of the period.
- Card, billing address and tax number are managed via Manage payment details. Invoices as PDF are in the Invoices tab.
- Switch to Free cancels at the end of the paid period; Pro stays active until then.
Business from 51 boxes
From 51 boxes, Business is available on request: a quote and an invoice instead of card payment. Use Request Business to send the number of boxes you need; we get back to you within one working day.
Pro trial: 14 days free
New accounts can try Pro free for 14 days – without watermark and without payment details:
- Confirm your e-mail address via the link in the welcome e-mail. No e-mail? The Hub offers Send email again.
- Pair your first box – that starts the 14 days (for 1 box).
- After that, your account automatically continues on Free; there are no costs. Your box and templates are kept.
The trial is available once per e-mail address and device; disposable addresses are excluded. Towards the end of the trial you get 20 % off your first yearly plan – valid until 7 days after the trial ends and deducted automatically at checkout.
Team
Under Team, Add member creates a separate account for each person. They receive an invitation e-mail and set their own password.

Only the owner and administrators can change the team. Remove removes a person's access immediately; events, boxes and photos stay as they are.
Data export and deleting the account
Both are under Billing in the Account tab:
- Data export: Download export downloads account, team, events, boxes, templates and a log excerpt as a ZIP – without passwords or access tokens. Photos are downloaded per event via the gallery.
- Delete account deletes your account including events, boxes and galleries. To confirm, type DELETE. For 5 days you can go back with Cancel deletion; after that the deletion is final.
