Celebrating once – a wedding, a birthday, an anniversary – and only need the full setup for that one event? That's what the BoothDock One is for.
What's included
- €39 one-time for 45 days – exactly 45 × 24 hours from payment
- 1 box: connect and run one station with the BoothDock Studio app
- Photos without watermark, uploads to EU cloud storage (150 GB)
- Online galleries for your guests – by default 90 days from when the event was created, 365 days with PIN protection
- Download the gallery as a ZIP album
- Doesn't renew. Afterwards your account switches to Free on its own – no cancellation, no cost.
All you need is a Windows PC (10/11, 64-bit), an iPad or iPhone running iPadOS or iOS 17 or later, or a Mac running macOS 14 or later, with the free BoothDock Studio app, a supported camera, an internet connection and an up-to-date browser.
How to buy it
- In the Hub under Account → Plan & billing, click Buy BoothDock One on BoothDock One – for a single event.
- The dialog shows the price, what's included and the exact end (date and time). Tick the box confirming that BoothDock One should start immediately – you can't continue without it.
- Click Continue to payment and pay. A few seconds later the card shows Runs until … with date and time.
You'll get a contract confirmation by email – with everything included, start and end, the terms and the withdrawal policy. The invoice is under Invoices. We'll remind you by email 5 days before the end.
Withdrawal
You can withdraw from the contract for 14 days – the easiest way is directly in the Hub:
- Under Account → Plan & billing, click Withdraw from contract on the BoothDock One card.
- Check your name and email address and click Confirm withdrawal.
Without logging in, you can use the personal link in your contract confirmation or the Withdraw from contract form – there you enter your contract number and an email address for the confirmation. Every statement is saved and confirmed; with your account's email address it's processed automatically right away.
BoothDock One ends immediately and your account switches to Free. For the time used we keep a proportional amount (compensation); we refund the rest automatically to your payment method. It's calculated in full hours: if you withdraw after exactly 10 days (240 of 1080 hours), that's €8.67 compensation and a €30.33 refund. You'll get an acknowledgement of receipt by email right away. Of course you can also withdraw by email to support@boothdock.eu.
After it ends
- Your galleries stay online until their set expiry date – even after a withdrawal and after switching to a subscription. Until then, you can download them as a ZIP album.
- New events run on the Free plan again (watermark, 2-day gallery).
- For your next celebration you can buy a new BoothDock One at any time.
Good to know
- If a BoothDock One is already running, you can't buy a second one.
- If you take out a subscription while BoothDock One is running (business use only), BoothDock One keeps running until it ends; there is no refund for it. With the subscription you have everything in Pro. Your right of withdrawal for BoothDock One remains.
- The owner and admins of the account can buy it and withdraw from it.
