Your customers see everything that concerns them in one place – without an account or password: loyalty status, open quotes and payments, upcoming dates and past events with gallery. The area looks like your booking page.

Switching it on
Under Bookings → Settings → Booking page & widget, tick Offer the “My bookings” customer area and save. From then on, the link My bookings appears at the bottom of your booking page. Optionally, Show loyalty tiers on the booking page (in Loyalty discount) shows your loyalty tiers as a short note on the booking page.
How your customer gets in
The customer enters the email address they booked with. The page always answers the same way – it never reveals whether the address is known. If there are bookings, they receive an email with a link valid for 24 hours. If the link has expired, they simply request a new one.
What your customer sees
At the top the loyalty status (tier, discount and how many bookings are missing for the next tier), below it Open: quotes to accept, contracts to sign, payments due, open invoices and requests whose quote is still to come. Then Upcoming dates and Past events with a link to the guest gallery. If a gallery has expired, been deleted or switched off, it says “Gallery no longer available”; a PIN stays protected and is never shown. Accepting, signing and paying still happen in the booking’s customer portal – the area only links there. Notes, follow-ups and your customer card are never visible to the customer.
Booking again
Request a new date and Book again lead to your normal booking page – with the same prices, zones, required fields, contract, deposit and instant booking. Name, email, phone, company and address are already filled in, with Book again also the package and extras from last time. If the package no longer exists, the customer sees a note and chooses again. Because the customer comes via the email link, the summary shows their loyalty discount before sending. If they change the email address, the note disappears.
Privacy
The access-link email is sent to your customer on your behalf. Personal data never appears in a web address; the link only contains a signed key. Mention the customer area in your own privacy policy.
