Reward returning customers without thinking about it: with the loyalty discount, a customer automatically gets a discount once they have paid for enough bookings with you. You create up to five loyalty tiers, for example 3% from 3 bookings, 5% from 10 bookings, 8% from 20 bookings.
Setting it up
Under Bookings → Settings → Booking page & widget, expand Loyalty discount, tick Grant loyalty discount automatically and add your tiers with Add tier:

Without the tick or without a tier there is no discount. Finally click Save.
What counts
Only fully paid bookings with the same email address count, regardless of upper or lower case. Declined, cancelled, partly paid or refunded bookings do not count. The highest tier reached always applies – discounts are not added up. On the customer card in the Customers tab you see the tier and how many bookings are missing for the next one.
In the quote and with instant booking
When BoothDock creates a new quote – by you or automatically with instant booking – the loyalty discount appears as its own line, for example “Loyalty discount Gold 5%”. It applies to the amount after promo price, line discount and overall discount. Deposit, instalments and Stripe checkout use the reduced amount; the security deposit stays the same. In the quote draft you change it in the Loyalty discount % field or remove it with 0. Invoice and e-invoice take over the line.
You can adapt the text of the line per language under Customise booking page labels (search for “Loyalty”).
Privacy
On the booking page, BoothDock does not reveal whether a discount exists for an email address. The discount only appears in the quote, which is sent to exactly this address.

If you use the loyalty discount with loyalty tiers, add this paragraph to your own privacy policy:
For our loyalty discount, we count the fully paid bookings per email address and automatically grant a discount once a certain number is reached. The legal basis is the performance of the contract or steps taken prior to entering into it (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
